Italian Sedioliti, active in the marketing and production of office chairs and armchairs, aware of the context in which it operates, pursues the primary objective of providing products that comply with the relevant mandatory requirements and respond as much as possible to the manifest and latent requests and expectations of customers for the purpose of their full satisfaction.

Italian Sedioliti also believes it is fundamental and strategic that the above objective is pursued at the same time as the involvement and satisfaction of the interested parties who have been identified in the company staff and the main suppliers; this with the aim of creating a positive working climate oriented towards effectiveness and efficiency.

Italian Sedioliti believes that the adoption and maintenance over time of a quality management system compliant with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard is consistent with the company vision, of considerable help in ensuring customers reliable and quality products as well as an opportunity to broaden commercial penetration in public and private procurement in relation to large companies.

Therefore, given all this, the management of Italian Sedioliti undertakes to:

Activate and maintain a quality management system compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard
Define the organizational structure, specify the company functions with the related authorities and responsibilities
Assign adequate resources, means and people for the activities to be carried out
Disseminate, clarify, implement and support this quality policy at all company levels
Ensure the planning and implementation of staff training and training
Define company objectives, analyze opportunities and risks during management reviews at least annually
Check that the set objectives are achieved, defining future ones during management reviews at least annually
Review the company quality policy
Periodically review the progress and effectiveness of the quality management system, acting in case of deviations from expectations
